Description
Well-ripened tomatoes of the Roma type varieties are used. Tomatoes are washed, cleaned of stalks and leaves, calibrated in size, checked for quality on inspection strips, remove poorly ripened, cut and rotten fruit. Then cut into halves and dry until red to reddish-brown. No additional treatment with chemicals, salt or preservatives is used in the process of drying the tomatoes. We offer a completely natural product, without any impurities.
