Description
Rozhkov is an evergreen shrubby tree of the legume family, distributed in the Mediterranean region. The seed pods she gives birth to have been used as a sweetener even before sugar cane and sugar beet. Nowadays, the pods are dried and ground into a powder, which has a characteristic taste reminiscent of a mixture of caramel and cocoa.
