Description
Green lentils, also known as French lentils, are considered the most delicate variety of lentils (Lens culinaris). Unlike red and traditional brown in our country, green lentils do not peel easily, the berries retain their shape, remaining firmer, and their taste is not so pronounced “earthy”. This, as well as the more appetizing color, makes it a very suitable addition to salads.
